Our Health & Safety Accreditations: Doing the Right Things, the Right Way

Our Health & Safety Accreditations: Doing the Right Things, the Right Way

At Eco Home Insulation, health and safety isn’t treated as a box-ticking exercise — it’s a core part of how we plan, manage, and deliver work every day. As we continue to support local authorities, housing associations and public sector clients across the UK, we’re proud to confirm that our health and safety systems have been independently assessed and formally recognised through key industry accreditations. These accreditations provide assurance that our approach to managing risk, protecting people, and delivering compliant projects is robust, structured, and fit for public-sector delivery.

ISO 45001:2018 & SSIP Recognition

We operate an occupational health and safety management system aligned to ISO 45001, the internationally recognised standard for managing workplace health and safety. Following independent assessment by 3Core2 Certification, Eco Home Insulation has been awarded SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) status for both contractor and principal contractor roles. In practical terms, this means our arrangements for risk assessment, method statements, training, supervision, and ongoing monitoring have been independently reviewed and verified — providing confidence to clients, funders, and delivery partners.

Constructionline Silver Membership

We are also a verified Constructionline Silver Member, demonstrating compliance with enhanced pre-qualification requirements for public and private sector procurement. Our SSIP is accepted via Constructionline through the DTS (Deem-to-Satisfy) route, confirming that our systems meet the SSIP Core Criteria for both contractor and principal contractor roles as well.

Silver membership confirms that we have met standards across areas including:

  • Health and safety management
  • Financial standing
  • Environmental controls
  • Governance and operational policies

As Silver incorporates all Bronze-level requirements, this confirms that Eco Home Insulation satisfies both verification levels — supporting our ability to operate confidently within regulated frameworks.

Social Value Commitment

Alongside our health and safety accreditations, we have successfully completed the Constructionline Social Value assessment. Social value is embedded in how we work — from supporting workforce wellbeing and fair employment practices, to delivering wider community and sustainability benefits alongside our retrofit projects. This alignment is increasingly important when delivering publicly funded programmes, and we’re committed to ensuring our work creates long-term positive impact.

A Trusted, Compliant Delivery Partner

Together, these accreditations reflect our commitment to safe, compliant, and professional delivery across the energy-efficiency and retrofit sector. They support our work delivering insulation, heating, renewable technologies, and whole-house retrofit programmes at scale — while giving our clients and funding bodies confidence that projects are being managed responsibly and in line with recognised standards. As Eco Home Insulation continues to grow, we remain focused on raising standards, managing risk properly, and delivering high-quality outcomes that support decarbonisation targets and create warmer, healthier homes.
